Illull is just the opposite of the word lull (a pause). It is a website that collects excellent web design works and providing multiple types of entries in listing them. It'll be a pure Web 2.0 driven product. You won't miss it!
Now the website is still under consideration. The UI design for its home page has been made out. Very cool.
